Because our products are food items, our returns policy is designed to protect food safety and product integrity while treating customers fairly and in line with UK consumer law.
1. Food Safety and Hygiene
For health, safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of food products that have been:
- opened
- used
- tampered with
- damaged after delivery
This policy helps ensure that all products remain safe and uncontaminated for every customer.
2. Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Orders
If you receive:
- the wrong product
- a damaged parcel
- a faulty item
- an item that is not as described
please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please email us with:
- your order number
- clear photographs of the product and packaging
- a brief description of the issue
If your claim is validated, we will, as appropriate:
- replace the product at no additional cost
- issue a refund to your original payment method
- offer another remedy required by applicable law
3. Change of Mind
If you purchase from us online, you may in some cases have the right to cancel your order under UK distance selling rules.
However, cancellation and change-of-mind returns do not apply to:
- perishable goods
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
Because many of our products are food items, opened food products and other eligible excluded items cannot be returned for change of mind.
If you wish to cancel an eligible order, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. You must then return the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. Returned items must be unused and in a resaleable condition where the cancellation right applies.
4. Delivery Issues
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:
- please note the damage with the courier at the time of delivery where possible
- take photographs immediately
- contact us as soon as possible
Failure to report visible damage promptly may affect your claim.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method.
Where a refund is due because goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will process it as quickly as possible.
Where a customer validly cancels an eligible online order, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error or is otherwise required by law. Where a cancellation right applies, we will refund the basic delivery cost paid, but not any upgraded or express delivery surcharge.
6. Returning Items
Where a return is authorised, we will provide return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay the handling of your return or refund.
Unless the return is due to our error, you may be responsible for the cost of returning eligible cancelled goods.
7. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
If goods are faulty, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, price reduction or other remedy as provided by law.
