5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent flavour
I have now purchased 3 types of the South African sauces available , all are amazing . I know they are not cheap but for a special meal they are excellent. I have had my dinner guests asking me to order them some … once I’d admitted it was a packet sauce !!! Excellent

5.0 out of 5 stars Yummy Curry Sauce
We used to buy this sauce from our local Supermarket but they stopped stocking it and we looked everywhere to try and get hold of it. So we were really pleased when we found it on Amazon, it is delicious. Add Chicken, Peppers, Mushrooms & Onion, Maybe some baby sweetcorn. Serve with egg fried rice and Garlic & Coriander Naan it will be 1 of the tastiest curry sauces you have tried.

4.0 out of 5 stars There;s a better one but this isn’t too bad at all.
I’ve tried several of these now. This I would rate as the second best. It’s a mild but fairly bland curry and really needs a little kick up in terms of taste. Still really easy to make and works wonders in a casserole dish or slow cooker. You can stick to the recipe and throw in potatoes etc. or you can be a little more adventurous and try different meats and vegetables. I have to say though my Favourite “Something South African” curry sauce is Peppadew. This is delicious and is like an Indian Mango curry. Still no matter what kind of curries you like I recommend you give them all a go …. There’s none of them that are bad.

I used to have this curry sauce a lot when it was stocked by sainsbury’s. I like to go for the surf and turf, brown the chicken first then add the prawns about 10 mins from the end of cooking time. Talking of cooking time, no information on the packet, all covered up with another sticker. Half hour to 45 mins at a simmer is fine though.
