I’ve searched high and low for a curry powder like this. Unfortunately supermarkets only stock ‘run of the mill’ curry powders. I made a beef curry and although it was quite spicy (not hot), a dash of yogurt will add to the flavour. I’m considering ordering another packet before stock runs out!

Doesn’t say anything about the heat of the powder on the packet and as it was masala I thought it would be mild otherwise it would state it….it’s a red hot powder !!! I had to add milk,water,tomato purée and more water to cool it down….it’s as hot has curry gets

This has great well balanced flavour with a punchy but complex flavour. Rich & slightly sweeter after taste without any roughness or harsh lingering flavour. Good heat level.
