We use Royal Mail Tracked 24® and Royal Mail Tracked 48® for all orders.
These services provide online tracking and delivery confirmation.
All delivery times shown are delivery aims only and are not guaranteed.
Royal Mail Tracked 24®
- Delivery aim: Next working day after dispatch
- Tracking: End‑to‑end tracking to delivery point
- Confirmation: Delivery confirmation and photo on delivery (where available)
Please note that Royal Mail Tracked 24 is not a guaranteed next‑day service. Delivery times are an aim only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including location, peak demand, weather conditions, and operational delays.
Royal Mail Tracked 48®
- Delivery aim: 2–3 working days after dispatch
- Tracking: End‑to‑end tracking to delivery point
- Confirmation: Delivery confirmation and photo on delivery (where available)
Royal Mail Tracked 48 is not a guaranteed 48‑hour service. Some deliveries, particularly to more remote areas, may take longer than the stated delivery aim.
General Delivery Information
- Delivery aims exclude Sundays and UK public holidays
- Delivery times may vary depending on destination postcode
- Only tracking services are used – no guaranteed or signed‑for delivery options are available
- Responsibility for the order remains with us until it has been successfully delivered

We comply fully with UK consumer law. If there is an issue with delivery, we will always aim to resolve it fairly and promptly.
FAQ – What happens if my parcel is delayed?
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
Please check the Royal Mail tracking information first. Tracking updates can occasionally be delayed, particularly during busy periods.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate.
When is a parcel considered lost?
A Royal Mail Tracked parcel is not considered lost until at least 7 working days after the delivery aim has passed.
What happens if my parcel is confirmed as lost?
If your parcel is confirmed as lost, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, in accordance with UK consumer law.
Will I receive a refund if my delivery is late?
Because Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 are non‑guaranteed services, late delivery alone does not automatically qualify for a refund.
However, if delivery ultimately fails and the parcel is confirmed as lost, you will be entitled to a refund or replacement.
Should I contact Royal Mail directly?
No. Please contact us, and we will handle all communication with Royal Mail on your behalf.
